OH Fashion Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping for our products.
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Notice: Due to the coronavirus pandemic, delivery date might be delayed due to unexpected shipping carriers' delays.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

The processing time for orders is 1 to 2 business days, depending on volume demand. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

  • Ground Shipping (3-7 Business Days): $10.95 flat fee for domestic ground, all states within the U.S. (Free Shipping on orders over $150) *
  • Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days): $25 flat fee for domestic express, all states within the U.S. (Free Shipping on orders over $375)*
Supported shipping service carriers will be displayed at checkout (USPS, Fedex, UPS). Superfashion reserves the right to change the shipping carrier without any previous notice to the customer.

*Free Shipping is only supported for “48 State - Street” region. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

SuperFashion Wholesaler does not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • U.S. Territories, with the exclusion of Puerto Rico (see international shipping section for PR rates)
  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Superfashion Wholesaler is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Superfashion Wholesaler is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the Superfashion team in order to proceed with the claim.

Superfashion will reimburse damaged claims after having contacted both the customer, the shipping carrier and having finished the investigation for the claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

All of the domestic shipping policies also apply for international shipments.
