Return & Refund Policy
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Valid reasons for return: (no shipping fees apply)
- Damaged Item
- Defective Item
- Item Not Received
- Incorrect Item Received
Invalid reasons for return: (flat shipping fee charge of $10)
- Canceled Yet Shipped
- Customer Changed Mind
- Customer Received Item Late
You have 15 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it.
Exchanges will only be applied if the item was 1) Defective 2) Damaged 3) Incorrect Item was received.
No restocking/ shipping fees will be applied to these exchanges.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If your return reason is considered invalid (see list above), a shipping fee will be deducted from the reimbursed amount.
